Each year, M-real offers summer jobs in different units and a number of students do their final theses for M-real. Many of our present employees have got to know M-real this way.

Typical summer jobs are in production, maintenance, customer service, logistics and administration.

M-real cooperates with several universities and polytechnics with tens of students doing their final thesis for us each year.
