M-real’s business is divided into two business areas: Paperboard and Paper and Pulp.
Our strategic focus area, Paperboard, produces high-performance primary fibre based cartonboards, graphic boards, white top kraftliners, wallpaper base grades and related technical and other services. Additionally, Integrated Brand Packaging offers print management, packaging procurement and carton design services in Asia.
The Paper and Pulp business area produces, markets and sells premium uncoated fine papers to companies in the office supplies industry, office machine manufacturers and paper wholesalers. The product range also includes coated papers which are sold to Sappi Fine Paper Europe on a long-term contractual basis. Paper and Pulp is responsible for selling M-real’s market pulp to external parties in cooperation with Metsä-Botnia. The business area’s main products, uncoated fine paper products, are excellent for printing, copying, forms and envelopes.
