To ensure continuous improvement of its operations and systematic implementation of the corporate responsibility principles, M-real’s mills operate a certified ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management system.
Most of them are also certified with OHSAS 18000, the occupational health and safety management system. A certified ISO 22000 food safety management system is in place at the Consumer Packaging units.
All our mills hold the PEFC chain-of-custody certificates as proof of wood origin management system in place. In addition, some of the mills are also FSC chain-of-custody certified.
